Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us at kennedybaily.com, once an order has been shipped, we do not accept any returns, or exchanges.  All sales are final

 

Canceling an Order:  Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility, if it has not been process, packed or staged for shipping.  Any edits or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.  All Sales are Final.

 

All Kennedy Baily's sales and purchases are final, and there are no returns, or exchanges allowed:  For any Kennedy Baily's Products, which includes, Kennedy Baily's Lipstick Art, or any Kennedy Baily's Cosmetics, beauty products, brushed and supplies.

 

Only exceptions:  If the the product is defective.  If our Quality Department determines that the product is defective, we'll issue an instore credit once the issues is investigated and inspected.

 

Only Returns Exceptions On Defective Products (Only): We must be notified immediately, and you must return the product immediately, with in (7) business days, and provide, proof of purchase, pictures of defects, and detailed accounts in writing to our Quality Department to investigate accurately and accordingly.  Once you've contacted us pertaining to defective products, we'll provide you with step by step instructions for you to properly issue your incident reporting of the defective product. 

 

Damages resulting from a courier service, delivery or theft:  We are not liable or responsible for, it's imperative that you submit a complaint or incident with the courier, or your local police department.

To be eligible for a deflective return:  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a defective incident claim, you can contact us at:  info@kennedybaily.com Please note that we'll only accept returns for approved defective incident claims, by our Quality Department.  If your defective claim is valid, well send you detailed documentation, and additional steps that need to be fulfilled. 

If your defective claim is accepted, you'll need to return the defective product to the return address that we'll provide you with, along detailed instructions on how and where to send you the defective product.  Items sent back to us without first submitting a defective product incident report, will not be accepted, but rejected, and your claim will not be valid by default.


Deflective Claims:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective.


Gift Card Purchases and Sale Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, clearance items, actual gift cards, or gift cards purchases. all sales are final and we don't accepted any exchanges, or returns


Exchanges:
There are no exchanges:  All sales and purchases are final on all Kennedy Baily's Lipstick Art, Kennedy Baily's Cosmetics and beauty supplies.


Defective product: In Store Credits:

We will notify you once we’ve received, and inspected your defective return, and let you know if the defective claim was approved and qualified for an in store credit, or not  If approved, you’ll automatically be issued an in store credit  within 10 business days.
